The first picture was taken on September 19th, 2013 at River Ranch. That was one of my first years in photography. Sparkplug was siting comfortably in the seat of my uncle's swamp buggy, under the shade of a big oak tree. Around four years later I decide to recreate that picture. This time he is standing in the back of my uncle's ranger. Both times he was leashed by the same frayed blue leash because he likes to start fights with a fellow dog named Skipper who was also there both times. If you look at his face you can see the age difference in the two pictures. All of the white hairs lining his face.
